areas, cost details of recently concluded deals in the same area(s).

Organizing of necessary site visits, meetings and giving suggestions
to client with complete information on legalities, municipal regulations,
market practices and trends.

Facilitating the 'matching of mind'
between the buyer and the seller or licensor and licensee; following
negotiations through till the agreement is executed and the property
is handed over, or repeating steps 4 and 5 if negotiations fail.
